However, this unusual low price means that the ticket is not available to book. Therefore, this technical error makes it impossible for us to issue the ticket, since the combination on your itinerary is not allowed by Brussels Airlines and Accesrail. We have been in contact with Brussels Airlines and Accesrail, but they do unfortunately not accept to issue the ticket even though the technical error was their mistake. We have looked for a corresponding alternative for you, but unfortunately without luck. Consequently, we have had no other option than to transfer the paid amount back to your account. Please note that it might take a few days before you see the funds in your account – depending on which bank you have.
