General Terms and Conditions

This Points Offer is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

“Hertz” is Hertz Europe Limited of 11 Vine Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1QE, United Kingdom.
“Points Offer” is 600 Bonus Points awarded to Participant’s Gold Plus Rewards points balance.
Only direct recipients of the email from Inside Flyer with the link to the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards enrollment page, are eligible to participate in the Points Offer (“Participants”).
To benefit from the Offer a Participant must enrol in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards by clicking on the link in the email, registering details and booking a Qualifying Rental during the relevant Points Offer Period. No benefits shall be awarded for the Points Offer without prior enrollment.
Participants must have selected to earn Gold Plus Rewards points in their profile.
“Qualifying Rental” is a passenger vehicle rental, booked for a least a one day rental, no longer than 28 days in duration, at a Participating Location booked through your Hertz Gold Profile that will commence and conclude within the Points Offer Period, for the amount of at least $25 (excluding any ancillary services or products). Participant’s Hertz Gold Plus Rewards member number must be on the reservation and Participants must use the code provided through the Premium Memberships when making a booking. Standard rental qualifications and restrictions apply.
“Participating Location” is any Hertz location in the following countries: United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Australia and New Zealand.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Hertz reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Points Offer without prior notice.
The Points Offer are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or credit alternative is offered.

Bonus Points Terms and Conditions

Points Offer will run until 31 December 2019 (“Points Offer Period”)
To benefit from the Points Offer, a Participant must:
Enrol in Gold Plus Rewards by clicking on the link in the email and registering Participant’s details during the Points Offer Period; and
Make one Qualifying Rental by using the code proviced through the InsideFlyer Premium Memberships during the Points Offer Period.
600 Bonus Points will be awarded to the Participant who books a minimum of one (1) Qualifying Rental only. “Bonus Points” means you will receive a bonus amount of 600 Hertz Gold Club Rewards points in addition the number of basic points earned on your Qualifying Rental.
In most cases, Bonus Points shall be added to Participant’s account upon completion of Qualifying Rental however, it may take up to seven (7) days to show on Participant’s account.
Bonus Points can only be issued to a Participant once.

Personal Data

Hertz is committed to protecting Participants’ privacy. Any personal information supplied by Participants will be used and processed by Hertz or its associated group companies solely for the purpose of administering the Offers and for marketing purposes.
Privacy Policy. Personal data supplied during the course of these Offers may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Offers.
The personal data provided is held securely and may be transferred on a secure server outside the EEA.
You will be contacted by Hertz for the purposes of administrating the Offers or in the event that Hertz wishes to discuss any other use of the information submitted to the Offers.
Hertz reserves the right to publish the name and location of the participant or to publicise any benefit giving presentation after the date of the Offers. Participants may be required to participate in publicity related to the Offers which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

Disclaimer

Hertz reserves the right to void the Points Offer at any time and change these terms and conditions.
Hertz reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of any benefit if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this Points Offer.
Hertz shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any Participant under this Points Offer. However, nothing in these terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Hertz’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of its employees or contractors.
In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to the Points Offer, the decision of the Directors of Hertz is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
