Last February, we announced you some changes in the "Quality Observer" program, dedicated to the compliance measurement of our products and services. Today we would like to provide you with some clarifications following the comments you have kindly shared with us.
In order to simplify access to the questionnaire, we have chosen to remove the "Quality Observer" application, which is no longer available. We replaced this app by an online survey accessible via a link, sent by email by our partner Kantar, 24 hours before your departure.
Flights to be observed are selected according to a precise sampling rule . Observations on the flight for which we may invite you to participate can be collected up to 48 hours after your departure but cannot be taken into account for another flight, following a postponement of travel or a cancellation for example.
In addition, you suggested that we reduce the questionnaire, which was considered too long. We therefore propose you to express yourself on a part of your trip and no longer on the full journey. You will be asked either about your experience at check-in, lounge, boarding the flight, or about your experience on board and on arrival.
For each fully completed questionnaire, your Flying Blue account will be credited with 500 miles to thank you for your participation. You will also receive a 20% discount on certain items in the Air France online shop shopping.airfrance.com. Orders on Air France shopping are temporarily suspended as the site is being redesigned. They will be available again in a few weeks. The discount is not applicable on payments with Flying Blue Miles.
If you want to know more about the program, we invite you to visit the Quality Observer website by clicking on this link QualityObserver - Air France KLM Quality Observer (kantar.com)
Thank you very much for your participation in the Quality Observer program.
Best regards
