Does anyone know if/how I can see the fare rules and if a stopover on the mainland US is allowed?

For example, if I go skiing on the West Coast, fly to HNL, and have a week stopover on the West Coast or Denver, when routing allows. Did some through Denver routing...

@Heidi the screen print you see above from @WorldTraveller13 comes from ITA Matrix. It can be found on matrix.itasoftware.com or you could also use Google Flights. I also prefer ITA Matrix, as it has more advanced features.

I use google flights, but when I try to put this together, the pricing doesn't come out right... but will keep trying.

I was using dates that worked without a stop over...

but what about this? Valid until 22 aug, but flights aren't available to book 22 Aug.. a bit odd, or is there a way?
