We do apologize for missed information in regards to very unusual room rate published in our website, and have been shared/ forwarded out through other media channels.
We didn't realize that the booking entering our system at the very early morning at 01:18 am until we found it at 07.44am Bali local time.
Our team has rectified the room rate at our website back to normal immediately after we found the discrepancy.
The misprice that you were book for IDR 999,- (+/- 8 cents) supposed to be a family package with rate IDR 1.500.000,-.
We know this is a disappointment for those who had their hopes raised, but I believe you will understand that it is impossible for any hotels to offer that very low price.
However, if you still willing to book Deluxe room category with the correct price, we offer you special rate at IDR 750.000,- net/ night inclusive breakfast for 2 person
For Executive Room, we offer special rate IDR 1,200,000.-net/night inclusive breakfast for 2 person.
Please note we don't take any payment in advance for reservation.
